As we know Club Penguin´s new game Puffle Rescue has 3 levels. 2 for members and 1 for non members and members. But when the non members click on the Pink or Black puffle mission, You get a message from Pink and Black puffle on this board:

As a member you can:
Rescure puffles in Peril
Discover an underwater world
Avoid obstacles and earn coins
